Original Publication: July 22, 2026   His Holiness Pius IX warned: “Catholic liberalism is one foot in truth and one foot in error; one foot in the Church and one foot in the world, one foot with me and one foot with my enemies… What afflicts your country and prevents it from meriting the blessings of Heaven is the confusion of principles. Original Publication: September 26, 2025 A woman who displays herself half-naked on the beach, or dresses in scanty, provocative clothing before the public gaze, does not bear witness to love for herself; rather, she cries out, in silent desperation, for fleeting attention. A modest and chaste woman is like a sealed garden: revered and esteemed by men of noble heart, who know how to recognize in her the true and enduring worth of the feminine. OCTOBER 12: HISPANIDAD DAY

English · Español OJMC Home Index Topics Copy Link Share History and the Hispanic World · OJMC-W042 OCTOBER 12: HISPANIDAD DAY Lic. Oscar J Méndez C. Original Publication: October 12, 2025 We are the victorious Hispanic blood; we are also the victorious Indigenous blood of those who fought to destroy the dominant, enslaving Aztec imperialism (which offered thousands of victims to its idols and practiced cannibalism), and who, with the help of the Castilians, succeeded in throwing off the yoke under which they suffered and which claimed so many lives. Our Homeland is a nation founded upon a triumph, not upon a defeat, as falsified history deceptively teaches. Mexico was not the Aztec Empire. Before the arrival of the Spaniards, there was no nation, but a collection of different peoples dominated and enslaved by that imperialism. Our Homeland is the nation born of the union between victorious Indigenous peoples of MULTIPLE ETHNIC GROUPS and victorious Spaniards. The Hispanics...
